Your story matters.Your growth begins here.
A warm, integrative space for coaching and wellbeing. Together we explore your story with compassion, reframe it with insight, and grow with confidence — across every dimension of a life well-lived.

Hi, I'm Nathan.

I created The Mindful Narrative as a space for people to pause, reflect, and grow. Life often feels fast and overwhelming, and we can lose sight of ourselves in the process. My work is about helping you reconnect — to your values, your strengths, and the stories you tell yourself — so that you can move forward with confidence and clarity.
I work with individuals, groups, and organisations, offering coaching, training, and consulting that cover all aspects of wellbeing. My approach is holistic: we look at the whole picture of your life — mind, body, emotions, and environment — so growth is not just possible, but sustainable.
Eight dimensions.One whole life.
Wellbeing isn't one thing. It's the quiet ecology of many parts — emotions, body, connection, purpose, work, money, and the spaces we live in. My work looks at the whole, not just the loudest part.
A single philosophy, shaped for the room you're in.
Each service blends science, compassion, and practical tools — supporting wellbeing across every dimension. Choose the space that fits you now.

“Nathan is the kind of coach I've always wanted to be. He models unconditional positive regard and non-directive responses with seeming automaticity. He supported me to achieve an entirely unexpected level of self awareness about my own emerging coaching practice and philosophy in what was a relatively short space of time. I recommend him without caveat or reservation.”

A plain-language tour of the framework this practice is built around — and why no dimension stands alone.
Quiet signals that coaching might help
Most people don't arrive in crisis. A few of the quieter signals that show up on discovery calls.
Let's write the next chapter together.
The first step is a free discovery call. Informal, friendly, and with no obligation to continue. A space to explore what's next.
